George III Shagreen Etui, Circa 1760. A fine, rare and much larger than normal English George III silver mounted shagreen cased etui set dating to the 18th century, circa 1760. The case includes the travelling instruments of a draughtsman/ architect. One Shagreen Case (with vacant cartouche). 17.5 cm high x 8 cm wide. Overall, the Etui is in good complete condition.

This item is circa 260 years old and at the time of manufacture, was intended for use. As such, it shows signs of usage and age throughout.
